| Bio: | "Wears jeans, avoids paying to park, drinks too much cheap red wine, plays on park swings, and loves her bed." I'm a working mom, a dreamer, a once and future writer. I have two guys in my life: E-boy, my beautiful and loving and comedic first grader; and C-man, my partner in life and frustration, dreams and drudgery, who hopes one day to grow 100 different kinds of heirloom tomatoes and sell them to every restaurant in town. Mostly, I love them both like crazy. Sometimes . . . ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ I wish I could say that this livejournal contains deep insight into the human condition, or beautiful poetic language of the soul. However, this is my primary journal and it contains mostly whatever is on my mind at the time. Sometimes that is politics or deep and conflicted issues about culture or society, but more often than not it is my child, my job, my frustrated attempts to bring more nature and creativity into my life, and especially what is going on day-to-day in my life. Most of my entries are public, but I still enjoy adding new friends to the circle. | |
